• TITS?! Why are you called TITS?

  It’s short for This Is The Shit. As our name illustrates, we aim to break prejudiced taboos. Think nipples, body hair, sexual kinks and other so-called “inappropriate” things. By creating colourful fashion with a flirtatious wink, we empower all extraordinary personalities to express themselves proudly!

• What makes TITS sustainable?

  We are focused on all facets of ethics and sustainability: from the durability of our designs to the factories we work with. At the moment, we work exclusively with GOTS certified cotton or recycled polyester for our garments, and conflict-free metals, gemstones and recycled silver for our jewellery.

• But… do you also sell tits?

  We sell a lot of items that celebrate tits and all they stand for. You can find a selection of our tittie-themed products here. As for real, human, boobs: Don’t you already have those yourself?

• I’m unsure about an item on your webshop. Can I try it (on) at home?

  As you may know, we’re a small store with little stock but a big focus on sustainability. That’s why we encourage you to only order items you know you’ll love. Are you debating between sizes, or curious about a fit, material or more? You can always drop us a message. 

• When, and how, will my goodies be delivered?

  All orders are shipped from our Amsterdam store, often between 1-3 business days. For some items and destinations, you can choose your shipping method at checkout. All final rates are calculated at checkout, but you can find an indication below. Please note that, due to COVID, your package may be delayed. Unfortunately, shipping delays are beyond our control.

  Domestic:
  Mailbox parcels €3,50 (1-3 business days) and DPD standard €5,50 (1-3 business days). Free shipping on orders over €50.

  Belgium, Germany and Luxemburg:
  DPD standard €5,50 (2-5 business days). Free shipping on orders over €50.

  The rest of Europe:
  DPD standard € 9,95 (3-14 business days) and DHL express € 17,95-€ 22,95 (2-4 business days).

  The rest of the world:
  DHL express € 27,95 (2-5 business days).

• How can I track my parcel?

  We'll provide you with a Track & Trace over email, so you can keep an eye on your new lover before it arrives. Haven’t received a Track & Trace within 3 days of your order? Drop us an email at: [email protected].

• What if I want to change my order after placing it?

  We urge you to check your items, address and other details before submitting your order. Made a mistake? Please send us an email at: [email protected]. We’ll try to make your requested edits ASAP, but once your order is shipped out, we won't be able to make further changes.

• What’s your online return policy?

  Although we encourage you to shop consciously, sometimes an item just isn’t what you expected. In this case, you have the right to return it within 14 days. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and still have the original hangtag attached. Please note that sale items, This Is The Shit Vintage, underpants and sex toys can't be exchanged nor returned. 

  Please include a filled-out return form and ship your items to our store address. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your money to the account and payment method used for your order. The return shipment costs are for your own expense and TITS is not responsible for returned items being lost or damaged during transit. Feel like saving the planet and your shipping costs? You’re always welcome to return or exchange your online purchase in our store. 

• What about your in-store return policy?

  You can exchange your store-bought item(s) in-store within 14 days. All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and still have the original hangtag attached. Please note that sale items, This Is The Shit Vintage, underpants and sex toys can't be exchanged. Store-bought items can be exchanged for other items from our store or store credit. They can’t be returned for money - but we're sure you'll find something else to your liking.

  Although we’re not actively hiring right now, we’re always open to spontaneous applications from fresh talents, perspectives and identities.

  Aside from our own label, we carry a selection of local, sustainable, and unique brands in our physical store and webshop.
